John and Kathy Ruccione purchased a seven acre parcel of land in Mariposa, California in 2008.

Neither one of them knew what kind of project they would embark on as they drew closer to retirement, but both new they wanted to put city life behind them.

What originally started as a barn to store John’s extravagant car collection, quickly turned into an upstairs apartment above. Years passed and John and Kathy finally decided it was time to build their dream home.
